Say something that you are really good at. Something that really defines you as a human being, something that makes you stand out.

The question I wrote below is bit different than your original question.

What is Your Greatest Strength?

Sample answer:

When I'm working on a project, I don't want just to meet deadlines. Rather, I prefer to complete the project well ahead of schedule. I have exceeded my sales goals every quarter and I've earned a bonus each year since I started with my current employer. My time management skills are excellent and I'm organized, efficient, and take pride in excelling at my work. I pride myself on my customer service skills and my ability to resolve what could be difficult situations.

Only you can answer that since they are different for everyone but you should try to find a few that will appeal to the person asking. If it's for a job as a cashier for example-good with people, good with numbers, counting change, reliable, etc. etc.
