∙ 15y agoIn short, yes. Provided that your opponent/s are in agreement over this. Imperial forces encompass the Guard, the Imperial Navy, The Inquisition, Witch Hunters (SoB etc) as well as the Space Marines. These contingents simply fill different roles in the vast empire of mankind.
When building and allied army ensure that the force organisation chart is still used as not to tip the balance of the game. Articles have appeared in several WD magazines and might be worth a look to see what is suitable. Yes they can.
