Blood supply to the brain is derived from branches of the carotid arteries. The anterior and middle portions are supplied predominantly by Anterior cerebral artery and Middle cerebral artery. Both are branches of the Internal carotid artery.

The anterior portions of the brain are supplied by the internal carotid arteries. The posterior portion of the brain is supplied by the vertebral arteries.

Located just above the aortic valves, are the right and left cornary arteries. The right coronary artery mainly supply the right ventricle and the sinoatrial node. The left main artery is divided into the left anterior descending artery and the left circumflex artery. The left anterior descending artery mainly supplies the anterior and septal portion of the heart, namely the left ventricle. The left circumflex artery supplies the lateral walls of the left ventricle.
Blood goes into the Aorta from the heart. Then enters into Common iliac arteries, external iliac arteries, femoral artery, popliteal artery, and then it goes into the anterior tibial and posterior tibial arteries which supply the foot.
The coronary arteries supply oxygenated and nutrient filled blood to the heart muscle. There are two main coronary arteries: right coronary artery and left coronary artery. Other arteries diverge from these two main arteries and extend to the bottom portion of the heart.

Simplified answer: Oxygenated blood reaches the brain via the Internal Cerebral Artery and the Vertebral Arteries.
