I don't think he was wounded in any of the Civil War battles.
When he declared "I have lost my right arm", he was of course speaking figuratively. (It was in response to the news that Stonewall Jackson had lost his left arm at Chancellorsville.)
However, his health did start to decline from about this point. It was diagnosed as rheumatism, but was in fact Heart disease. After the war, people were shocked to see how ill he looked.
Yes, Lee was injured during the Maryland campaign. He was trying to restrain his horse, Traveller, and stumbled and fell. He broke a bone in his right hand and sprained his left. He had also developed a blister on one heel so he was wearing a carpet slipper instead of a boot. The injuries prevented him from riding his horse so he entered Maryland in an ambulance. He would be back in the saddle before the climax of the campaign at the Battle of Antietam

That wasn't Lee, it was Stonewall Jackson, shot by his own men (perhaps deliberately) at Chancellorsville in May 1863.
He wasn't killed in battle.
