It's probably a toss-up between Seal Beach, Sunset Beach, and whatever the beach in the city of Huntington Beach is called... I assume that it's called Huntington Beach, but things don't always make that much sense.
Incidentally, "Harbor Blvd" which runs along the east side of Disneyland doesn't actually run to a harbor; on the north end it merges with/turns into Fullerton Road, which never gets much closer to the coast than that, and on the south end it ends at a T intersection with Newport Blvd in Costa Mesa, a little north of Newport Beach. Presumably some harbor on Newport Bay is the "harbor" meant.
