What bike is harder to buy mongoose or haro?

When you buy it, with everything on it ways 29.8 lbs but if you take of the brakes the stickers and reflectors and the gyro it can go down to 26.4 lbs. I don't have everything stock on my bike but i do have the Haro x2 2010 frame and my bike ways 23.4 lbs also the frames is basically the only heavy part and it weights at 7.9 lbs.
well for entry level bmx bikes haro does a good job but ive found that unless you pay more than 350 they are pretty heavy. if you can try and find a bully. they look sick, weigh about nothing and are only about 250. I don't think you need a licence to ride any sort of bike you should just buy a bike and ride it its not like cars where you need licence's because with bikes you can just buy it, ride it as there is no place at all to buy real bike licences. If somebody has told you you need a licence to ride a three wheeled bike you shouldn't have to for ANY bike.
