Doesn't work like that.

At the start of every drivetrain there's a power source.

On a bicycle, that power source is a human.

Most power sources have a range of how hard and how fast they can make something turn.

For humans that usually is in the 80-100 RPM range.

Then comes the transmission.

The task of the transmission is to make the best possible use of the power from the power source, usually by using a gearing ratio.

If you have a high gearing ratio, it'll be difficult to get going, because at the start you'll have to push harder-and-slower than ideal. But if you are strong enough, you can go pretty fast before the pedals start spinning too fast.

If you have a low gearing ratio it'll be easy to get going, because there isn't much resistance, but the top speed will be lower, because you'll soon have the pedals spinning faster than you can keep up with.

In what gear are you on your bicycle?

The one you have chosen. If you have several sprockets on the rear the biggest is the "first", then you can count up from that. If you have several sprockets on the front as well, then you start counting from small front/big rear (first gear) to small front/small rear, then you start over att big front/big rear to big front/small rear(last or highest gear).

How do you find the ratio of two different size sprockets 45 tooth and 20 tooth?

if these were the sprockets on a bike the front would be the 45 and the rear 20. Divide the big number by the small number to get the ratio 2.25:1

Does a small or a large ball travel faster in wind?

Well it all depends on what types really, if they are both of the same, then the big one will roll faster. Lets say for example, you had a big kick ball and a little kick ball, the big will roll faster in the wind. Sorry about the second post, but i almost forgot, it also depends on how big the ball is, because if it's MUCH larger then it will not roll faster, and if it too small, it will hardly roll as well. So as long they are close in size the big one will roll/travel faster
