A little more details would be helpful....but with such a vague question i'll assume food itself and where it would go...

The stomach absorbs water, and so does the small intestine. The liver and kidneys remove store and move waste out of the body. Any toxins that are hard to remove usually end up in fat and muscle, skin and hair.

What products in food, absorb water and store waste...salt absorbs water and whatever that water was in.

Propolene glycol, some sources say it holds water in, others say it help absorb it. Being an alcohol, it would absorb it. I would not use or eat anything with this in it. 1 gram of the stuff could potentially be deadly. causeing massive multiple organ failure. and other health issues.

Sodium bi carbonate

sodium benzoate

potassium, reacts with water...which uses it and converts it to energy. Heat.

"anti caking" agents.

zinc, copper, silver, used in small ammounts can aid in water absorbtion and aid in removeal of toxins. through chleting and displacement. silver can have an accumulative effect. And a majority of it stays in the body. So it should be used in the smallest doses possible with a great deal of time between doses.
