Psychology is the scientific study of behavior and mental processes. Some people believe psychology is simply the study of people and their behaviors and mental processes but psychology also studies animals. The term "behavior" means outward or overt actions and reactions, including movement and talking. The term "mental processes" refers to all the internal, covert activity of our minds, like thinking and feeling. The most important difference between pseudo-psychology and psychology is the fact that psychology is scientific. Psychologist can observe and draw conclusions from experiments via the scientific method. On the other hand, pseudo-psychology, or fake psychology, can be thought of as unsupported information that is NOT scientific nor academic. A great example of pseudo-psychology is astrology. There are many people who believe in it and take it for granted but there is no scientific information to support its basis and thus it cannot be empirically observed.
both they are both great!! if you don't beleve me wach it.
Little is revealed about the Inner Party's philosophy until Winston reads The Book and later when he talks to O'Brien. Both Winston and Syme are Outer Party members, and the discussion they have simply explains the purpose of Newspeak.
they both deal with the mind how the human brain functions
The book Tour Secrets by Winkk is GREAT you will be attached to both books
In a sense, Psychology.
Rusell likens philosophy to no man's land, the area between two trenches of two opposing factions in a war, science being one faction and theology another He argues that philosophy is between science and theology; 'pertinent to attack from both sides' I don't really think it's a particularly great analogy because, if anything, philosophy underpins both theology and science this is saying that in philosophy there is no final solution. but in science 2+ 2=4 that is fact and also experiment, but in philosophy it is just and assumption
yes but the book is in more details then the movie they both were great though
It would be either a degree in psychology or a BSN which is a bachelor in science degree in nursing, not both.
If you study Philosophy you will learn the philosophical method of inquiry. you will also learn about: History, Science, Religion, Aesthetics, Ethics, Logic, Epistemology and Metaphysics, Language and Discrete mathematics, and also how to write an essay! Philosophy is 80% theoretical.....If you want cold hard facts study science! If you want to discuss, think for yourself, and hypothesize go study philosophy. Both are great!
