In my opinion, it has to be Jude since he believed that violence is the best way to make a difference. He joined the Liberation Militia and decided it would be the best way for people to understand.

∙ 10y agoNoughts and Crosses is a book full of passion and love between Sephy (Full name Persephone) and Callum, in a world where crosses are better than noughts. a Nought is white and a cross is black. Its like a world reversed in some countries. Callum is a nought and Sephy is a cross, and it is polite that a nought and cross being together in a relationship was frowned upon. Together, they fight through the worst, and cherish the best. To make it worse Callum's family and Sephy's family hate each other. what are the odds?!
It's just amazing! You should really read it. It is suitable for boys and girls, as its not just 'lovey dovey' it is action packed as well, especially in the other books followed after 'Noughts and Crosses'!

∙ 10y agoMalorie Blackman is a Cross. If you don't know what this means, you should read the Noughts and Crosses series by Malorie Blackman. It's about a girl called Sephy (full name Persephone who is a Cross (black) and a boy called Callum who is a Nought white).
In a society where Crosses see Noughts as inferior terrorists and Noughts see Crosses as arrogant back-stabbers. Sephy and Callum fall in love, they explore if their relationship can last through the rough and tumble (and liberation militia) of the Noughts and Crosses life.
I recommend this book as 5 stars.
