All the Books of the Old Covenant/Testament are included with the Books of the New Covenant/Testament making The Bible complete.

Originally, the OT contained 22 Books (then 24) and now has 39 Books. These were more for political reasons than for additional writings as the 22 books and the NT 27 books summed up to 49 books which is 7x7 and in biblical numerology seven means completion/perfection and square is amplifying it. Now there are 66 books which is the number of man amplified.

Jewish answer:

Christian Translations of all 24 books of the Hebrew Bible are contained in the Christian Bible (However, unlike Jewish Bibles, the original Hebrew text is not used in the Christian Bible).
