Well, any activity burns calories. The easiest are probably walking, riding a bike, or swimming.

Doing Nothing. Sitting idle in the couch is the worst form of exercise because it burns the least amount of calories. Even if you go for a short walk for half an hour you would have burnt nearly 2 times the amount of calories you would've burnt sitting idle
