If you fell as if someone is violating your personal space, or following you than call or visit the police!!! I feel that if you are uncomfortable than who cares what can be done legally. You can get a restraining order against anyone you want, so who cares if it is legal? I know i don't! Hopefully if you are a person who wants to stalk you can come to the realization that it is not a good thing to do.
When something is non adjudicated it means it has not been legally decided. It is not binding, because it is not legally done.

Legally, if your done with school, and seventeen, you are allowed to move out, and have most of the rights as an legal adult. If you are not done with school, and you are pregnant, being pregnant gives you the right to drop out of school without parent conseption. Which means you would be allowed to leave. So that's that way. Or you could get emancipated. Which gives you the right of a legal adult. Good luck :)
This is done through the courts.
