The best, and most expensive solution is a stout fence to keep the armadillos out. Placing mothballs around the areas you most want to protect can keep these pesky burrowers away.
While mothballs are useful for keeping away unicorns, gryphons, griffins, manticores and moths. They do not seem to work on armadillos. The only way I have found to keep the house from being over-run by armadillos is to invest in croquet mallets and hoops. You use the croquet mallets and hoops for a game of croquet with the rolled up armadillos, this upsets the armadillos, and they soon stomp off, muttering to themselves, never to return.
The are no known garden plaques that keep rabbits away. However, one safe and effective way to keep rabbits away from gardens are to spray a Tabasco and water mix on plants.
Keep it away from water and away from the sun

There are many methods to get rid of armadillos. Purchase predator urine and sprinkle it around your yard. Keep outside dogs to scare them away. Sprinkle cayenne paper around your house and garden. Set live traps and relocate them. Barricade your home or hire pest removal.
Moth balls will keep rabbits away from your gardens. They will smell strong for the first couple of days but then it fades.
