Many things,, Bad radiator cap weak not holding pressure, Air Dam, plastic air scoop just below the bumper underneath the front of the car, if it is damaged or bent straight down or back instead of forward it will not scoop the air up into the radiator properly. Fans not coming on or coming on too late which can be caused by fan relays, temperature sensors etc. These are just a few possibilities
one issue could be that you need to change your thermostat
