any number of things could cause this, from pregnancy to food poisoning, if it continues for more than 24 hours i would say go to the doctors to get checked out.

∙ 15y agoA kidney stone could result in lower Back pain, lead to swelling and could ultimately result in dizziness and vomiting. At this point however I would recommend consulting a physician.
