Get a pregnancy test done at the doctor. In rare cases you could be suffering from psuedoparesis (false pregnancy.) In this case tests will come out positive and you will experience all the symptoms of pregnancy. However, nothing will ever show on ultrasound and almost no one ever gets out of their "first trimester."
