IF THE 16 YEAR OLD WAS NOT WITH A LICENSED DRIVER AT THE TIME. A

CITATION FOR OPERATING WITHOUT A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE COULD BE

ISSUED, AND ALSO A CITATION FOR FAILURE TO REPORT ACCIDENT AND

HIT&RUN, IF PERSONAL INJURY IS REPORTED IN THE VEHICLE WHICH

WAS STRUCK CRIMINAL CHARGES WOULD MOST LIKELY BE PRESSED AGAINST

DRIVER OF VEHICLE. YOUR BEST BET IS TO REPORT TEH ACCIDENT TO LAW

ENFORCEMNET EVEN IF AFTER THE FACT. BETTER CHANCE OF GETTING A

BREAK IF YOU CONFESS BEFORE THEY FIND YOU
