Free avi to DVD converter?

I use Avi2Dvd ( Freeware ). Google it. Works pretty well for a free program. There is also one called WinAVI All in One Converter. You will need a DVD burning program like Roxio ro NERO to burn the file when you're done. If you check online you might find an old version (oldversion.com) of NERO (5.5) that will work for free for you. I prefer NERO to Roxio, less coasters.

What are the requirements to burn a CD on a lap top?

To burn CDs on a laptop you will need to have a CD or DVD burner or now possibly you might have a Blu Ray burner, all of which can burn CDs, The other requirement is a burning program, this is a software item as apposed to hardware in the case of your CD DVD burner ect, Often this will be on your laptop in the operating system "XP Vista" ect, your other option is to buy a burning program for example I use "Nero Burning Rom" but there are many cheaper options on the net if you search for "CD Burning freeware" freeware being free programs provided by other computer users, If your laptop doesn't have a built in burner you can now buy external burners which can be attached by USB these will work in the same way as an internal one.

How do you program a body control module?

While there are a few minor changes that you can make to a vehicle's computer, in general the program is in ROM, and you'll need to replace the ROM to make changes to the way the vehicle runs. In some situations the dealer can connect one of their diagnostic computers and flash a new program into the ROM, but beyond that, you'd need an expensive diagnostic computer to be able to do that.

How do you load a game in the Mame emulator?

First, install a MAME frontend to your mame program if it doesn't already have one. It makes things so much easier. The core MAME program is a slightly unweildly command prompt program. The frontend will make the interface menu driven. Try a program like, "VI Play". Make sure your romset is in the ROM folder in the mame file group. Select "file" from the top of your opened MAME program and frontend, and "Load" or "Load rom". Navagate to where you have your rom folder (If you haven't set the directory in the program yet). and select your still zipped rom file (don't unzip the files, leave as is).
