Basically they are looking for a list of professional, vocational, voluntary (etc.) organisations that you may contribute to or be a member of.

If you are a member of any of these types of organisations, then you list them as well as the position that you held.

Examples:

Campus Student Body Representative

Institute of Chartered Accountants

Rotary International

Town/ City Committee member

There are literally hundreds of things to chose from, depending on what you contribute your time to, or which organisations you may be a member of. If you don't belong to any, don't fill in anything.
