Try to vacate the judgment through the court that entered the judgment. This may temporarily release your bank account funds if you were not properly served.
Can you get your money back on a money order if you have already filled
If your account was garnished by a govt agency(i.e. the IRS). Then the IRS needs to put that money back into your account not the bank.
yes.reason is that if the debt collector return the money in question, you can as well pay it back into your account.thank you
Yes, you do. A debit card is linked to a bank account - so that you can only 'spend' what money is already in the associated account. (ie - you cannot go overdrawn on the card). A credit card is different - it's like a short-term 'loan' that you pay back. You can 'spend' using the card - up to its limit - whether there's any money in your bank account or not.
If they did it by mistake then definitely YES. You can get it back.
No a landlord can not have a bank account frozen. The landlord must file a suit in court to get back any money owed to them.

I don't think that anything is stripped from the account, as you CAN attempt to get the account back, depending on the offense.

If your account gets frozen you can't really get your account back. Sorry. --- That's right. Even if you fill out the form and e-mail them over and over, you will most likely receive automated replies until you are ignored. Most people who are frozen never get any human contact from TNT's frozen department, so I doubt anyone there reads anything you write to them. Very few people do get their accounts back though, although it is extremely rare (it's normally because someone else logged into it and froze it themselves).
how do i cancel limewire and get my money back
It depends. If the debit happened by mistake then you will get your money back. But if the debit happened because of a legitimate transaction done on your account, you will not get it back. Ex: online purchase or ATM withdrawal.
