What can you do to cure tendonitis?

It depends on where to some extent, but the first thing to do is
to get a doctor's diagnosis to find out what the best treatment
will be. In most cases it is safe to use RICE, Rest, Ice,
Compression, Elevation. Once the initial inflammation has subsided,
you could do contrast packs which are alternating hot and cold
applications that are used in hydrotherapy. Once it settles down
even more, it might be helpful to massage the muscle involved to
relieve the tension they are putting on the tendons.
I recommend that you find a doctor or chiropractor that specializes in sports injuries. Then for a massage therapist I suggest you contact the AMTA, American Massage Therapy Association.
