You can't guarantee to get it on time at all, there are things you can do to keep track of it though. You can keep your period start and finish dates written down in a diary, or you can download apps on your phone to keep track of it so that you know when to expect it. There are other options such as contraception which will get your periods into a very particular routine. The combined pill for example you take the pill for three weeks and then have a week break where you will get your period, you can also get the single hormone pill which can stop your period all together unti you stop taking it, theres also other things such as the implant and injecton.
