Many females get slight pain after their period. This pain could be a reaction to the hormones in your system.
take pain killerUse a heating pad. My guess is you have cramps too. It will help those as well.
I too am having this problem, all at home pregnancy tests have been negative, so i can rule that out.
period pain is more lower than cramping and cramping is more pain when you are moving(motion)
during period i am having severe pain in lower abdomen and back
In order to manage period pains, you will want to use a heating pad and place it on your abdomen. Also, menstruation pain killers, like Midol and Pamprin will help.
If you are having pain 20 days after your period this could be ovulation. It could also be an ovarian cyst causing you pain.
For Plantar Fasciitis problems, an individual should apply a minimal amount of stretching to relieve the pain. Other things that could help are resting and applying ice to the affected area for a short period of time.
Nothing. The back ache is just part of it. Get some aspirin or Midol to help with the pain.
