What can you do to slow down the rust forming around the rear wheel wells?

You have to sand ALL of the rust off then apply a primer and colorcoat.

First, take the car for a wheel alignment. Then remove the horn pad, unbolt the steering wheel, turn the wheel around and bolt it back on.
