The First Amendment
Under the First Amendment we are guaranteed the freedom of religion.
All speech is protected under the first amendment. However racial segregation or profiling is banned by the constitution.
Thomas Jefferson was the first to be elected under this amendment in 1804 when he ran for a second term.
Court does not afford commercial speech full protection under the First Amendment.
Gerald Ford was the 1st Vice-President to be appointed under Amendment 25.
