From what I know of, there is no cure for food poisoning, all you have to do is rest for 2-3 days for the barfing and stomach craps to go away. If they are not gone by the third day, it could be serious, so you then need to go to the doctors.
The ER. I've had food poisoning, but thankfully didn't have to get my stomach pumped. I had vomited so badly I had the dry heaves and had terrible cramps. The doctor in the ER gave me Gravol first and a shot and I slept peacefully through the night. If you have a slight case of food poisoning your body is prepped by vomiting or diarrhea so drink lots of tepid water (NOT COLD WATER) and let 'er rip.

There is no medicine to take when you have food poisoning. This is due to the fact that your stomach is not settled and you will vomit up anything you put in there. The best thing to do is to keep yourself or your patient hydrated. The hospital would give you charcoal, and a IV and send you home for rest.

You should go to the doctor and make sure its not too serious. If its not they'll probably send you home and there are things you can use. For stomach upset, nausea, and vomiting you can use cola syrup. But if it persists you should really see a doctor

Electrolytes (like GatorAid, or Ginger Ale, 7-up, or fruit juice if no sports drink available) to replace lost fluids. If not serious and treating yourself, the focus is on replacing fluid that you will lose due to diarrhea and vomiting. If the sickness lasts more than a day, or you are feeling too weak to move about, get medical assistance! You may require antibiotics or even intravenous fluid replacement, which should be given only by a nurse or physician.

Yes there are medications for food poisoning according to the type of food poisoning. Some people have used the ancient remedy of cider vinegar being swollowed at regurlar intervals for slight cases of the food poisoning. It helps to kill the poison and calm the nausea and diarrhea. The dosage is two full tablespoons in half a cup of water. Do not use this if you are experiencing pain, headache and possibly have salmonella. Get to the emergency room.

Its not so easy questions.it deepens on bacteria that cause the food poisoning. In case of salmonella infection taking white yoghurt may it help, also eating black tea without sugar, hard cocked eggs with salt and some vinegar it help due to antibacterial activity of vinegar.

In other severe cases with nausea and vomiting yuo can perfom a gastric lavage with backing soda and war water. mix them together and drink abou one Lb.This will help to clean your stomach from toxins and bacteria, due to the vomiting. that provoke baking soda. After the gastric lavage performed 2 ore 3 time you must take some liquids that are bought withjout prescripton to pharmacy.Theri are simple salt that are easy disolved to water.

Your physician may prescribe antibiotic in some cases.

Depending on the source of the food poisoning, inducing vomiting or pumping the stomach is done. Otherwise the main thing is to replace fluids lost. Antibiotics may be administered.
