It depends.If your hair is really thick it is normal for some of it to fall out. It happens all the time. If your hair is thin and it falls out a little that is fine too. If you are balding there is no way I know of to stop it from falling out. It's natural and cannot be stopped.

If your hair is falling out due to Male Pattern Baldness ( MPB) then I would advise going to see your GP to either get a diagnosis or a referral to see a dermatologist.

There are two drugs on the market today what might help stop it or slow it down, one is called Propecia and the other Rogaine. Propecia is a pill and is a DHT blocker, DHT causes hair loss, Rogain is topical and stops hair loss also. Some say both work. Some say they don't.

I am currently going through hair loss and I am taking Propecia and my hair loss is slowing down a lot. But talk to your doctor. There could be other reasons you are losing your hair.

First before you wash your hair apply castor oil on your scalp and massage it 10 minutes before you sleep then wash in the morning with a good shampoo and also take pantogar tablets the original one and have a plenty of water and a well balanced diet and focus on sea food, proteins, and foods rich in vitamin a, biotin and zinc. And don't wash your hair more than twice a week because it's not good and you will see best results from 3 to 6 months. One that I used that worked was provillus it helps the cells which produces the hair from fallen out and helps the bad ones grow back.

  • Use a stay in conditioner to protect from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp.
  • See a doctor for additional help through medication.

You need a good multi-vitamin and mineral supplement. Get at the health food store not Wal-mart. Also the B vits. are great for hair and skin. Get a B-Complex, as all the B vitamins work together. You are probably low on minerals, zinc is important, but you take them all. Also stress has a big factor in hair lost. So reduce stress if you can. Also hormones out of balance can be a problem. Your B vits. will also help with stress. Good Luck!
