The good news is that you can use a standard oil filter wrench. The bad news is that you have to remove the passenger side front tire to gain access to the oil filter. Good luck!
Okay, it took me about 10 minutes but I found it. I have a 1994 Buick Regal & my oil filter is on the back passenger side of the engine, about 3/4 of the way down, below the power steering box. I hope that helps! On my 1991 Buick Regal the oil filter is located under the power steering pump which you access through the passenger wheel well to remove/add the filter.
Possibly... Under the air filter
Probably under vehicle - follow fuel line from fuel tank Remove hose clamps and mounting bracket Observe fuel flow arrows on replacement filter
Look under the vehicle follow the fuel line from the tank
Under the car on the rear of the pass side of the engine.
Open and read your owner's manual. The location is listed there. You have to remove the plastic trim around the passenger side wiper. It is under the window.
I have a 1999 Buick Regal GS and the cabin air filter is located under the hood on the passenger side on top of the firewall near the windshield wiper. The cover has screws holding it down.
I believe that one is under the car near the gas tank.
Under the vehicle just in front of the left rear tire.
For most GM vehicles, the fuel filter is under the vehicle, drivers side, about half way back.
It's located under neither the passenger door on the drivers side. it is about a foot in underneth the vehicle.
I dont know about a regal limited but I have a 1992 buick regal gran sport 3.8 liter engine if your standing in front of the car look on the left side of the engine you will see the power steering pump it is under the pump you have to shine a flash light down the firewall to see it and can only get to it from under the car.
