File a change of address with the post office so that the mail goes to a P.O. Box where she cannot retrieve it. Contact whomever is writing the checks to ensure that they are not sent to her.
Added: Contact the US Postal Authorities. She can be reported for the offense of "Intercepting Mail Addressed to Another." ALSO - if she is cashing checks made out to him, she can be charged with 'Forgery' and 'Uttering.' However, I can tell you that law enforcement is probably going to be very reluctant to take action and get ivolved in such a case when it is plainly obvious that this is a civil marital matter.
