The exhaust manifold and turbo from the 88-92 Mazda 626, MX-6, and Ford Probe turbo models will bolt onto the 86-93 B2000 and B2200. See the attached link for additional information.

Well, it IS possible. But it requires a lot of work other than merely slapping the turbo in there. Usually people are better off selling the car they have and then buying a new car that's already equipped the way they want it.
