There are no garages attached to the safehouses in GTA IV, only parking spaces. In the Stevie car theft missions, Steven's lock up garage is in Bohan and is marked on the map. After the 30 cars requested are all taken to his garage, Niko can continue to jack cars and take them to Stevie's garage for reward. In the vehicle jacking e-mail missions for Brucie, the garage is at Brucie's autos in Boabo and the route is marked on the map each time.

Stevie will text Niko after he has completed the "No. 1" mission, racing with Brucie. The texts from Stevie include a photo of the vehicle he wants and a brief description of where it can be found. Once Niko has found a vehicle, Stevie will eventually text him again about the next one he wants Niko to get, and so on.
