Umm, that's a pretty vague question if you type in big horsepower I'm very sure you will find an endless list of articles and pictures of cars with insane amount of horsepower. But it horsepower is what you want in general its best to look into to species in the automotive world. The muscle car, a low budget mid sized automobile available to the common man that has the ability to obtain unreasonable horse power but at the cost of handling. These have long gone existent due to gas shortages let recently Chevy, Ford, and Dodge are trying desperately to bring them back. And the equally well know supercars like the Ford GT and Lamborghini murcielago. Each have a lot of horse power, but have not sacrificed handling to achieve it. But they do sacrifice affordability being in the hundreds of thousands sometimes millions of dollars range. The most affordable vehicle with large horsepower is a truck. Decent handling, lower insurance, and big engine which all three choices have. Well I hope this helped

There are a few ways to do this:Don't drive them (while the answer seems silly these cars were intended for lots of horsepower and speed; for instance a stock 1968 Camaro with a V8 (non-high performance) came from the factory with 300 horsepower)Replace the drive train with modernized high performance systems (Fuel Injection and its related controls, Overdrive transmissions, etc).
