Generally speaking, there is not one breed of cat that has a more zigzag tail than another. All cats can have a zigzag tail.
American Bobtail, Japanese Botail, and Manx breeds all have bob tails.
Don't dock the tail if you can help it. Not all Australian Shepherds need a tail bob, since some are born with a natural bob.

Well, I have a pixie bob cat that is about 9 months and she does not have a tail. Pixie bob tails can be full length, 1 inch, and maybe no tail.
