Have you checked the batteries to see if they have water in them? If totally dry, you need to fill each cell in every battery with DISTILLED WATER ONLY, to about 1/4" or a little more, over the top of the lead plates in every battery. If your cart is back in operation, does the charger click on now and begin to charge when plugged in? If not, you'll need to charge up each battery individually. Give us more info and particulars.
