If all ignition parts are good plug,wires,cap,rotor,and coil are good then it is common for the AIS motor also called IAC motor to be bad. it is located on the throttle body. Recomend cleaning throttle body when replacing AIS motor.

Could be the brake fluid reservoir is low which would be telling you the brakes need attention. Could be parking brake not fully released
