This happened to my Turbo model as well and was the result of the Turbo going bad. It would essentially stick open and flood out all your power until you down shifted or revved the RPM's. If it happens when the turbo is on I bet this is the problem.
Lots of things. You have not given enough information to answer the question. First please describe what you mean by "acceleration problems".
If an alternator is going bad it can cause a rough idle in a 1993 Subaru Legacy. Cold temperatures in the winter can also cause a rough idle in the Subaru Legacy.
Most vibrations under acceleration are caused by something out of balance. When's the last time your tires were rotated and balanced? Is it possible that one of your rims is bent?
I'm having the same issue, did you ever find an answer to this?
Your A/C belt is loose and needs to be tightend or replaced.
They have to see what is causing this problem. And they will try to fix it.
clean the maf sensor with maf cleaner and general tune up, fuel filter and fix check engine and related problems
you need a scanner to scan your cars computer to see what is causing it to happen
my good sir what does v stand for?
Hi,I guess this is the Turbo forester. The reason is because the turbo has to spin first before the engine burns the fuel you have sent by pressing the pedal, that is turbo lag.
Subaru is the car company...
Subaru sucks. why the hell would you want a Subaru, especially the cheapest Subaru cause they all blow.
