Apparently it is the rear air "blender" ( whatever that is(?))
My 2003 Explorer was making the loud clicking sound from the rear driver side above the rear left wheel. I lived with it for a month before I just found the answer on the net. I turned off the rear fan control (from the front controls) and the clicking has stopped. I guess there is no more air from the rear now but the clicking has stopped- Car is long been paid off and I'm happy again.
it makes that clicking noise because you touch yourself at night
central airconditioner makes a clicking noise when running? any idea what to check?
That's what relays do when they are energized.
sounds like a flat battery
If clicking while trying to start then might be a bad starter. If clicking while running, then might be valve/lifter noise.
probably just getting rocks caught in the tread.
That is the neutral safety switch making the click sound.
the noise coming from this truck is the uv goints
it is not the hazard system, but comes from the speedo cable which is routed behind the dashboard thus making it sound like the flasher unit.
Coming from the drive wheels? Could be worn CV joints
CV Joints are the most common cause.
I have a 2004 Ford Explorer and the heat does not work, but when i try to turn the control valve to heat it makes a clicking noise. How do i fix it?
