What causes a coolant leak towards the bottom of the engine on the passanger side of a 1992 Toyota V6 pickup?

Could be a worn out waterpump.

Bottom passanger side of engine. Look for 9/16 bolt.

There are a few things that can cause a coolant leak but in your case it is probably the water pump. When a water pump starts to go bad it will leak coolant from the bottom.

It should be at the bottom of the radiator plus there is at least in the engine block.

The fuse box is going to be under the radio to the right, left of the passanger seat. Somewhat hard to explain, but if your looking underneath the dash towards the floorboard, you'll see a black box about 5 inches in length, and 3 inches width, pop it off from the bottom and you'll be good to go.
