I'd bet that your synchros in the trans are toast, espically if your getting a grinding noise, if that's not happening and you are depressing your clutch fully, check your master slave cylinder, bleed if the pedal is 'spongey' if its linkage type clutch, check the bushings for wear, replace as nessacary, and if all else fails get a Chevy... JUST KIDDING!~
