Not running on all cylinders
Bad plugs?
Bad wires?
Bad valve?
Bad piston? Service engine light on?
Have vehicle scanned to determine problem
Power brakes use engine vacuum to get their power. If the engine is out of tune, the loss of vacuum will cause it to run rough. Try changing the spark plugs.
Engine will run lean. It will idle rough, have less power, & use more fuel.
check spark plug gap and firing order-also check to make sure plugs are tight and wires connected
Check engine light, low power, no start, runs rough, bent valves,Check engine light, low power, no start, runs rough, bent valves,
There are many different causes of poor vehicle performance. Here are some examples. If the engine RPMs are high but the vehicle will not reach normal speed then there is a problem with the engine's connection to the drive line. If the engine is running rough it will not be able to produce a normal amount of power. If the exhaust is plugged the engine will not be able to breath. There are many more possible causes.
injectors are a common problem
One thing could be an over used belt or a leak of antifreeze
It is reducing engine power because a sensor dictated a serious problem and to keep the engine from damaging itself it'll go to engine power reduced stage and it vibrates because its at a rough idle
the rough power of a f1 engine with twin vain turbos would be 5500hp i will explain latter.
You can start with the 02 sensor. if that does not fix the problem then you may have to consider the ECU.
if you have a carborator, it may have to be adjusted
A 350 engine will idle good but cut out and run rough while driving if there is a vacuum leak. This causes too much air to enter the engine under load.
