Ya I know what you are talking about. I usually get them while I swim. I don't know whats causing them in you, but i could guess it would be eating a lot before exercising. But I know how to calm them down. Its pretty simple. Just grasp the skin above the section where you have the cramp and then just pull the skin out. It might turn red if you do it constantly, but it will relieve the pain.
