What causes the clutch on a 1995 Chevy Silverado 4X4 to still be out after the clutch line was replaced?

bad clutch, bad pressure plate, throw out bearing, air in the hydraulic lines...etc

You CAN"T. If you are having clutch problems then it is time for aNEW clutch kit and clutch slave cylinder too. NO ADJUSTMENT

There is no adjustment on that year. You either have a worn out clutch disc or a bad clutch slave cylinder. Could be a bad clutch master cylinder too.

The clutch fan on a 2004 Chevy Silverado is removed by loosening the alternator bracket and pulling the drive belt. The fan's retaining bolts can then be removed and pulled from the engine.

That year is NOT ajustable. It sounds like it is TIME for a NEW clutch. It may just be the clutch slave cylinder too. Check it first.
