There are many ways that causes the upper spine to hurt. The most common causes of upper Back pain are muscular irritation (myofascial pain) and joint dysfunction. Or maybe there could be an injury to a disc in the upper back that causes upper back pain, but such injuries are rare.

∙ 13y agoYour tail bone and lower spine starts to hurt when you do one of your super massive explosive toxic farts. The toxic level in the gas you emit is so high that it damages your bones...somehow...and they start to really hurt. When you are done, they collapse because of the immense pressure you have put on them...hahaha...lol
Actually, i think your lower spine and tail bone could hurt when you have a bad posture or when you sit down on hard flooring and bump your bottom bone. but...mostly it hurts when you do one of you massive explosive toxic farts. rofl...
