Bugs was originally made for Movies, as Warner Bros is a MOVIE HOUSE- a movie production company. Bugs was long on tv, as Cartoons, rerun time and again. He mnade the movie scene in l927- so was up and running a good twenty years when TV came along. an interesting fact is for many years Bugs was on TV at 4.oo PM. this is interesting as one recalls the lines from the Passion Gospel: At the end of the THIRD HOUR ( which I always interpreted as 4 PM) he cried out in a Loud voice - ok here it is, the Warner Brothers translation- GET ME THE HELL OUT OF HERE! Kidding aside, Bugs was on TV since the late 40"s Felix the Cat, however was the first TV cartoon.
