the standard or the square D will fit ,you just have to remove 4 little bits plastic and two little bits of metal the rest of the houseing and the rating is very close
yes you can also put a torch to the main breaker and burn your whole house down. Some breaker are interchangeable with others, but you should NEVER modify the breaker to fit! Breakers are UL listed to their panels when you install a "unclassified" breaker your UL listing for that breaker and the whole panel is now void.
Cutler-Hammer is what I needed to buy for mine. Seimens look similar but will not fit.
EQ-B series breakers are made by SIEMENS (formerly ITE)
BQ series from Siemens is interchangeable..
GE circuit breakers with catalog numbers ranging from THQL1115 through to THQL1150 can be substituted like for like with Cutler-Hammer circuit breakers coded CL115 through to CL150, ITE Siemens circuit breakers coded Q115 through to Q150 and Square D circuit breakers coded HOM115 through to HOM150. These are single pole breakers. GE circuit breakers with catalog codes from THQL2115 through to THQL2150 can be substituted with Cutler-Hammer circuit breakers CL215 through to CL250, Square D circuit breakers HOM215 through to HOM250 and ITE Siemens circuit breakers Q215 through to Q250 of the same amperage and voltage. These are double pole breakers.

Legally, you must use the same brand breaker with the brand panel. They sell Murray breakers at your area electrical contractor shop, but used I am sure. However, square d homeline, siemens ite, GE, cutler hammer BR do fit but will void the UL listing and are dangerous to mix. Upgrade your panelboard. It is old.
I believe Siemens took over what was Gould and Gould-ITE, so check the Siemens breakers.
Siemens type P, ITE as well

Siemens from Home Depot. Perhaps more.

The connection blades and how they connect into the distribution panel's bus.
It depends on the specific style of the breaker. Bring your T&B breaker to a hardware store or Home Depot and check with the people in the electric department. Many are now interchangeable with ITE, GE and Square D. However, older T&B breakers are not interchangeable.
In many fields companies are bought and sold on a regular basis. So it is with many circuit breaker companies Siemens is the current name; previously it was ITE-GOULD; previous to that it was just ITE Some breaker models will carry through and be of the same design and fit no matter which brand label is on it. In most of those cases the model # does not change. Some breaker get obsoleted after the mergers. Sometimes new models are added.
