What classes do you need to take in high school to get into an Ivy League school?

They each have their own requirements, but generally it is a full course load all throughout high school including: 4 years of english, 3-4 years of math, 2-3 years of a foreign language, 2-3 yers of science (at least 1 must be lab based), 3 years of social sciences, and possibly an art or music class (sometimes any elective will do. In addition to these, it would be nice to have at least 2 years of a foreign language. You should take as many honors and Advanced Placement classes as possible.

Anesthesiologists are doctors. It isn't the high school classes so much as the college classes that will get you into medical school. In high school you need good grades so that you can get into a good college. And in college you will need good grades to get into medical school. No classes other then your high schools core classes are required. if you want to be an orthodontist, for now all you really need to do is keep your grades up so you can get into a good college. When you get into college, that's when you start taking classes required for your degree
