armor

Excelent answer, beside that they wore either nothing(in battle ,underneath armor)..Or short tunic called chiton that was either gathered at shoulder or came only to stomach. It was short only to cover groin. In winter times additional less known clothing was used. And in non battle time cloak was usually worn.
