Purple is real hot right now.
If the dress is a metallic or dull like gold, then a satin heel will look great in purple.
Metallic dresses also work well with leather or suede studded heels in black if you don't want to look to girly.
Yes! A black dress could go with almost any colored shoe especially bright ones that would make your whole outfit pop!
silver shoes would be best since you are wearing gold.
Yes almost any colour would go with a black dress but I do think a bolder colour would be better than tan. Tan shoes work well with black dresses but you should add some bold accessories in turquoise, gold or orange to make your look a bit more interesting.
depends on the shade of pink, but white, silver, gold would all work
It would depend on the shade of the dress. If it is a light gray color, then light gray or white shoes. Black would work. If it's a dark shade, then dark gray or black. If the dress is more of a tan shade, then tan or white. And brown would work. If it has more of a blue shade, the same blue color of shoes, or possibly navy.
Black, gold, silver, white, navy, or red could work well with a midnight blue dress.
Yes you can. But it depends to on the shades of purple you're working with. Cream will definitely work with silver. but if you're unsure still of how it looks you can wear black shoes. Black goes with everything.
=Gold, silver, turquoise, cream, black, tan shoes would all work with this choice of dress. As the dress is a vibrant colour the tone of the shoe you choose should match and and the shoes should be in a neutral which all of the above are except the turquoise.==-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------==to me it depends, is the dress just complete pink??==i have a dress that is pink, but it has little silver plates at the bottom,==Therefore, i don't want pink overruling the silver, i want the silver to be notices too, so i have silver shoes, and silver earrings and so forth....==(i even have a pink heart ring that has silver [fake] diamonds in the middle)=
White shoes, silver shoes, or black shoes can go with a silver dress, but the black shoes may be kind of pushing it. There's no time to play it safe nowadays! Try a bright color, actually. Perhaps a cobalt blue or deep purple might work with a silver dress - depending on the style and occasion of course. Times are changing, you know. Being too easy and too obvious are boring! People need action!
Other contributors have recommended silver, matching or black. I would go with matching or something multi where matching color is prominant if you can find for a classy look. You could also try nude shoes, so as not to detract attention from the dress.
i just got an apple green dress and i wore nude shoes and a nude clutch bag. it looked great, everyone admired it. but black would go well too but something like the nude colour is a little different..
Well depending on the style, and the shoes chosen, black is the safest and easiest choice. A deep purple might be nice, but once again this is subject to the dress. white may work, a turquoise blue may work, but with the correct accessories. i suggest black though.
I just got a job there and no you do not. They expect professional attire aka black pants, black shirt, and/or you can wear a blazer jacket and wear a coloured shirt underneath. Shoes are also supposed to be professional looking (best if black) closed toed shoes unless it's the summer months. Source: I work there.
Dress shoes are the finishing touch for stylish and formal outfits, for both men and women. There are even dress shoes designed for children attending weddings, church or synagogue services, or other special occasions. Dress shoes are suitable for formal work environments, cocktail parties, black tie affairs, and other occasions requiring a more formal appearance. Dress shoes for women come in a few different varieties. A dress shoe that is appropriate for a black tie wedding should not be worn with a business suit to work in a business formal environment, for example. For black tie affairs, a dress shoe should feature a heel. While this varies based on the wearer's personal preference, the most dressy shoes typically feature tall, and thin, stiletto heels. Often the height of the heel is offset by a platform, which may be as tall as an inch or two. These dress shoes may be in any color, and are often purchased to match a specific dress. Black is the most popular color, as black dresses are the most popular black tie outfit, but the style may include a T-strap, birdcage style toe enclosure, or another style featuring a variety of strap options. A dress shoe may also include adornments of ruffles, feathers, and rhinestones. While black tie appropriate dress shoes may also be appropriate for cocktail parties, they will not be appropriate for the office. Dress shoes for the office may still feature heels, though the heels may be shorter. This is because even the most sedentary office positions may require the office worker to carry files, walk throughout a large corporate campus to attend meetings, and other activities that require a shoe to be comfortable to walk in, not just stand in. Since women may attend a black tie event for a few hours once or twice a year, it is more acceptable to wear uncomfortable shoes, but women purchasing a dress shoe for work are going to be wearing that shoe for at least eight hours, once or twice a week, or more. Popular brands for comfortable work dress shoes include Cole Haan's Nike Air collection, Nine West, and Anne Klein Footwear.
