What colour goes really well with blue?

I think she likes blue the best. Specifically navy. She often wears navy-coloured clothing and it goes perfectly well with her complexion and hair colour. Often people with the favourite colour blue are calm, confident and steadfast - similar to Kate. She also loves to sail and row - water sports - where the colour of water is blue. I also think her car is navy blue.
i personally have light brown hair but it depends what you mean by what colour goes with light brown, do you mean if you get tips in your hair a different colour? If you mean that then i would suggest maybe a really dark brown? Or maybe a honey blonde colour? But if you mean what clothes goes with light brown hair i would say maybe black? Or a white dress? Well, the cell surface membrane is actually semipermeable, then yes, we can say that it is permeable to methylene blue, because after an experiment I did at school, I noticed that the cells turned into such colour. It lets some materials enter, or some not; in this case it does let the methylene blue goes through, and the cell it self, in fact turns of that colour.

Wait until it fades, I have blue hair and I faded it out really well, and dyed it blue again and it came out vibrant! 2. you could just bleach it when ever you want, but if its fresh colour it wont really work and its very damaging 3. you could add another colour on top of it so like red + blue= purple type thing so yeah…
Turquoise is a pastel blue-green colour. To get turquoise with primary colours only - Add 6 parts blue to 4 parts yellow and mix well. Once you have a blue green add 2 parts white to lighten the tone and mix well. Adjust the colour by adding more white as desired and continue mixing well until you have the colour of turquoise you find attractive.
